S. W. Erdnase - Bottom Dealing

Here is a video of me performing the Bottom Deal. I use a slightly modified Erdnase grip but the push-out technique is almost straight out of Erdnase.

I really like your rythym. Very casual and I could barely see the finger flash, even when I was looking very very VERY closely. Great!

Thanks for the reply semjon. You honestly have one of the best, and absolute naturally looking bottom deals I have ever seen. Would you say that Erdnase is your only resource for getting it to the level that you have? Or do you recommend any other resources?

Erdnase is definitely the best place to start. Another great source would be the download on the Bottom deal from Jason England. It’s great, very informative and he mentions all the other relevant sources. The only book he does not mention, which I think is great, is “Drawing Room Deceptions” from Guy Hollingworth. I think his method of dealing the cards from the bottom is great! Hope this helps. Best whishes:)

Hi cwr15. I´ve practiced it every day for at list six months and then every couple of days for a year or so. If you really dedicate yourself to it than I think you can learn it in one Year.

You have a great way of handling the cards regardless of the bottom deal, your pace is great.

Wow, from the camera point of view, nearly completly invisible. If I didn't knew it was bottom dealing, I would'nt have seen anything. Amazing skill!
