I guess it was good? The thing is that the original Asher Twist looks much more convincing than doing an Elmsley count (your Elmsley was fine, but spreading the cards is a much more natural and convincing way to show them). For me, the trick was lacking. It was kind of like a Frankenstein trick - you took a little bit of this, a little bit of that, and made something that was not as good as either of them. Just some constructive criticism for ya. I recommend you pick up a copy of Darwin Ortiz's Strong Magic for more information on clarity and levels of conviction. It will greatly improve your magic. BBB PS. Sleightwise it was...okay. Your Twist was a little jerky, and try to reduce the time you take to get ready (there was sort of a pause between when you put the deck in your hand and when you spread them). Your Elmsley didn't flow very well and was choppy. More practice.

Re-watching that, I do see that your Elmsley doesn't flow very well (thanks for pointing that out, guys). Practice more.

How was his Elmsley good? Plus, his technique for the Asher Twist looks wrong. I am not sure though... it wasn't a good performance. Practise more. - harapan. magic!

i like the idea of elmsley, but the performance could use some work. the twist is done with too much jerking motion. plus, either those are bridge cards or you have huge hands.

are those bridge cards? (as sick feeling in stomach grows)
