The hardest move in magic is the Top Change, it may not require high levels of skill, however, to perform this move with out detection requires that the performer understands the fundamental components of magic. That is; timing, miss direction and audience management as such to perform the top change flawlessly is to fully understand magic.
Many people have said that the hardest moves are the center deal, tabled faro, etc.
but in my opinion one of the hardest moves, that we all do, but have yet to perfect (except for a select few) is the double lift.
The hardest move I can do fairly consistently is the tabled faro!
I got a new record yesterday 21(funny enough) in a row...WoW!
I have to say that this is definitely the hardest move out there!
And I've used 4-6 years practicing it, and it takes just about that amount of time to get it down fairly consistently.
Here's a video of me doing it once yesterday:

The hardest cardistry move I ever learned is the '''''Eye Cut'''''' by Bone Ho, it is so difficult, you basically have to put a big packet of cards in between each finger of both hands, just to mention it hurts like hell and then you have to form the display and close it again.
definitely the hardest move so far here is the link to the video of me performing it

the hardest thing for me while starting out in magic was card manipulation it I started the card manipulation when I sixteen just trying to vanish a card with the back palm it would try and try with failing and even more failure but once I got it down I couldn't believe what wonders I could create with it from making money appear while at the drivethru lane freaking out the people at wendys for sure lol any way I use it with out even think of doing it I produce my business cars when I get shows to practice with other things to build more stretght in my hands to create wonder for my audience
I'm currently working on the Tabled Faro and the Perfect riffle shuffle by Joe Barry.
I believe that everyone woud agree that these are the most difficult moves in all of card magic.
