This might sound stupid but In truth I look up to a Character from the Anime. His name is Naruto Uzumaki. He's a Ninja (Shinobi) and also the Protagonist of the Japanese Anime called Naruto. At first everybody used to hate him or ignore (he was lonely and orphan) but through his hardwork and achievements, He BECAME the Village Hero and people Praised him, Loved him and Respected. He's someone that Has Inspired me So Much, helped me in the Path of Life & has given me Hope and brought me to the Light Side (Literally) & that's why I Aspire to be like Naruto someday because He Never Gives Up , He Never Goes Back on His Word No Matter What! And that's His Nindo i.e his Ninja Way!
The Same applies to Cardistry and all sorts of other things for Me.
I look up to Puyol very much. He is a soccer player, and he is a defender in FC Barcelona. He is the captain of the team and he never fails to do his best.
He is in my opinion, one of the greatest players in modern soccer. He may not earn very many rewards, but he brings the sport to a whole new level!
He is so respectable. If there is a big fight on the field, he is never in it. The exception to that is if he is hindering his team mates from hitting the enemy.
And he always keeps trying. He is the one on the field, that when they are losing with 3 - 0, and there are only a few minutes left of the match, he still yells to his team mates to keep focus, to keep on trying! He never stops, and I don't think he is so much stronger or better than everyone else, but it's in his mind.
And that applies to my interest for magic too. Even if I fail, even if I screw up an important performance, I try to NOT give up! I try to become better and try again, amaze others.
Thank you Puyol, for being such a good role model for me and many others, thank you for keeping me going.
I have to say I look up to George Melies the most. The first magician to blend illusion and film together. He describes exactly what I would like to do one day-- to take what I learn from the the mystery and excitement, of art of magic; then add to what I learn from film and writing, and make great films.
Thanks for the inspiration George and R.I.P.
The magician I look up to the most is one of my best friends named Robert. We sit at lunch together and talk about all kinds of magic tricks and new card decks. Robert is the kind of guy who can make a magic trick out of everything. We also like to share our stories of when we perform tricks to random people. You is awesome my friend!
I look up to my uncle. Because i was always looked down by my parents, even how bad my studies were. My uncle always be there and tell me. Even they say that i am IMPOSSIBLE. Always keep in mind if you twists the word. I - M - POSSIBLE. A good lesson on how you see things.
I am a 16 year old magician and cardistry artist, my biggest inspiration in cardistry is Andrei Jikh
Andrei you are the best cardist in the world!!!!!! no offence Michel and Zach if you are reading this you are really good too but Andrei you have inspierd me to create a cardistry dvd and now thats what I am doing, I already have three amazing moves and working on more. Jesaja
I look up to Theodore Roosevelt cause he knew what he wanted and just went and got it done. He wanted national parks, he got national parks, he wanted to bust the trusts, he busted the trusts. He was pretty much just the man. I mean he got shot and still gave his speech before going to the hospital, which I feel is definitely some sort of magic trick.
I look up to Mr. Michael Jordan the most. He never gave up (like Michael James just did), he practiced hard, and he was the best at what he did. Michael Jordan made history. Michael always got up after he fell. Those are the reasons I look up to Mr. Jordan the most..... Oh, And he had swag.
I look up to Shin Lim. He's an awesome guy with just amazing thinking skills (You can tell by the tricks he has put out). Also, he was home schooled, and so am I! (And I mainly do close up card magic, just like him, but he does it on stage :D)
I look up to a man named Sam Berns, while he has passed away from his rare disease progeria he inspired me and many other people to always be positive and to always overcome obstacles not matter how big or small they might be.
I look to my special friend Tim. Even thou I have never seen him, I know he is out there watching my back. Sometimes life gives me trouble and I feel sad, but I know that's just Tim working in mysterious ways and teaching me how to be better person. Once a doctor cured my cousin from cancer through multiple surgeries and I was so happy. Instead if doctor, I was thankful to Tim, because I know hes the one who really saved my dear cousin. Thanks Tim! You are awesome! I will sacrifice some extra flesh and blood for you<3
And right after Tim, I look up to Dani DaOrtiz for being so creative with table techniques. The most powerful misdirections with minimal moves. I gotta love that guy. But Tim, don't be jealous. I love you too :)
Amen! I also look up to Jesus the most because he made a Way for us to go to Heaven to be with Him forever! And he also loves us so much! God's not dead! :)
