There is an effect that came out a while back called PYRIS which is a flame held in yer hand turned to a coin. The gaff is pretty nice too. There is the inviso-torch by Jim Pace (Maker of MANY fine fire magic toys) and things like john kennedy's flaming match and other such devices.

They sell fairly cheap machines at craft stores that allow you to make your own stickers. It puts an adhesive back on almost anything. Personally I use the method that has already been posted Here.

Mind you, this can also be done with some stamps and no gaff.
