I, personally, use 52. I take the ad cards and Jokers out (but I don't throw them away). I use them as "protector" cards and put them at either end of the deck when I put the deck back into it's box. They act sort of like heat barriers, and help stop the rest of the deck from warping too...

Sounds totally possible to me. Depending on the condition of the cards, the way it is tossed, or certain contact with certain fingers before it is launched could, in theory, produce that effect. Card handling experience has absolutely nothing to do with this. I, personally, agree with both...

Personally, I think you should learn easier material. Check out the sticky at the top of this forum called "New to Cardistry/Flourishing? Click here!", there is some good information in there about which products to get if you are new. -Vince

It depends on what sort of things you like. If you like the material you learned from Xtreme Beginnerz, then go for the Encyclopedia next, but if you like the Dan and Dave style moves, you can try The System. For the sake of getting a broad knowledge of manipulation, I would recommend getting...
