Obviously I am just speculating but the second effect looks like OOSOOM was the starting point. Both effects are entirely possible to do that clean however you are only 9 months in you have a long way to go to understand the concepts in play in these effects

Ollie Mealing has a nice effect in which a selection jumps to the pocket then the rest of the deck jumps bar the 3 mates. It's practically the same trick as ghost by David Stone but I prefer Ollie's handling more.

I had a lottery effect I did in one of my shows where I not only show that I predicted the lottery results the audience members would choose. I would have handed the prediction a week earlier to the person who booked me and the numbers matched up to an actual drawn lotto the night before.

No there would be next to no market for the game only magicians would by it and only a very small % of them at that. Nobody would spend the time to develop the product with such a small client base to begin with.
