While I do think it's easier to learn from a video, you get a lot more from a book/pdf. More moves, more history, more everything in general.

It's become one of my favorite moves to just sit down with and practice. I've been working on it a lot more lately. It's on a lecture disc he did with Paul Wilson called The Unreal Work. There's some really good stuff on that disc.
