The things that I dislike are that magicians on youtube often don't care about their videos. They'll make a crappy quality video with no edits and it's almost like they're trying to make a dull video. I don't upload magic to youtube, but with all of my videos, I am sure to make them...

Google Pages are great (http://pages.google.com/). These are websites with no ads, easy editor, etc. You can have several (I think up to five for free) google pages with one account. I use this a lot, and it's free! It may say you can only get them via mobile phone, but just use Fire Fox...

This seems really dull and a terrible option, but it's overlooked. Try using a mirror. Believe it or not, if you actually watch what the mirror "sees", and then fix those mistakes, it helps a lot.
