Man, that must have sucked! I hate when i don't get any reaction from people because then i feel like a complete idiot and i can never do anything to get them interested again, so i try to perform to people that i think will appreciate the art of magic, that way they'll always say something nice...

It would be a bit foolish if u didn't take the deal, i mean you get money for doing something that u love! (although some consequence could be that some people will stop liking u because now they have to pay)

Actually, I use Absolut Vodka decks, and those don't have the traditional kings and Queens. Even if I were to check for that, I would not look through my deck, just through the book I am currently reading (i use a king of hearts as a bookmark) :P

Thanks guys, Ashrei's reply was the most helpful because it allowed me to know exactly what card I was missing (3 of clubs). Also Amane had a clever idea, unfortunately, it doesn't work too well with cards that bend easily.

you may want to kill me for this post, but what got me into magic and cardistry was the Masked Magician's tv show. I started doing a couple of magic, stopped, then I got back when I had to do a research project for school (this s when I learned about T11)

Yeah, I'm a lefty, but ended up learning most flourishes and cuts with my right hand (except for the Piruette flourish). So I kinda have a problem too. :rolleyes:
