key card principle? that is too weak, but I do agree with you that self working tricks will puzzle a magician, but not amaze them, I personally now when a trick is self working so I don't try to figure out the method because of what you said its really tricky to find the method for these...

gigs are no prob for exile I mean you can get 5 minutes, a lot of the times, and I mean your not going to perform an exile all nighter 2 times is enough for it to be a night reputation maker.

ok your right many people just don't like the setup or the "no 100%" ending but again you got to admit there is some real impractical material out there that even though you give in the time to either put the gimmick together or work on the clean up you realize you will not perform the effect...

for me ... the gaffed cards are better than the ultra gaffed don't get me wrong, the battery effect and angels are great, but the ultra gaffed does not let you play with creativity as much as the ellusionist cards, they are already planned out tricks... I am a heavy gaff user and the ellusionist...
