Yes, subway uses the DMB Spread control, but its taught more detail in the onDemand section. Prepare yourself, it wouldnt be easy to done at speed. As for the Miller Cascade control, its very easy. I can say its some "add-on" to the waterfall flourish, u can master its and do it in a feww weeks...
