    Trespass - Dan Army

No, no, no, no, no. Can I add another no? There was a huge controversy surrounding Dan Army, as it was proven that he stole methods from various artists. He released a few DVDs as well as a book, but none of them are worth getting. Trust us on this one, buddy. David

    Suggestions for a Beginner Cardician!

The Trilogy was actually one of my first flourishing DVDs, and I didn't find the material too difficult. Buy the complete Trilogy DVD, so that you get the Flourishes101 section on everythingelse. David

    Good Webcam?

All webcams are compatible with MeBeam as long as you can turn them on. As for the webcam I have, I have a Macintosh desktop so it comes with a built in webcam. Not too shabby if I do say so myself. David

    Jerry Nugget's

Jerrys Nuggets have a finish that is no longer made anymore. They are said to be a flourisher's dream, as they stay together very well and they are very stiff. The only place I've ever seen them for sale is eBay, but you could use Google. David

    Card Tricks DVD?

Daniel Garcia's Project DVDs are awesome. All 3 volumes have some excellent card magic. I would recommend getting all 3 volumes, but if you have to choose one, go with volume 3. You can purchase them all here. David

How or where to obtain Lethal by Daniel Madison?

Daniel used to have a page on his site where he posted the Lethal DVDs that were currently on eBay, but it looks like he took it down. All I can really say is to keep checking eBay for reasonably priced DVDs. David

    Indecent by Wayne Houchin

I had that problem for a while, but then I realized my bag wasn't working for me. Try different types of bags. I love this effect, and although I don't perform it very much, I admire it for its genius and simplicity. Wayne is so creative. David

    Your three great pieces

Hand to Mouth is one of my most favorite tricks ever. The misdirection is so perfect. That also goes on my top tricks. David

    Your three great pieces

Well, seeing as I don't perform a whole lot, I don't have three tricks that I do the most. If you want the three tricks I'm most comfortable with, they would have to be my sandwich/ transpo effect, my ripping pips effect, and my collector's routine. None of them have names because they don't...

    What do you practice?

That post was great. I know what Cody means by "move monkies". I definitely try to stay away from single moves that don't have any place to go. I mean, sure, I know moves that I can switch in for others, but I learned them in context with another routine. Take the Ego Slip for example. I...

February 08 :: Books Vs. Video

I think that's BS. Being a visual learner means you can absorb more information by seeing pictures and videos instead of just reading. I'm sure there are lazy people who don't want to read, but there are also people who do better when they are watching something. In school, I'm like that...

How much time do you spend practicing?

Yes, but seeing as I don't usually perform, my practice is practice. Somehow I manage to have a social life. David

    Totally Out of Control Pre-publication

I though the 2nd edition was out already, but I may be mistaken. Try Ebay. That's where you can usually find it. Google is your friend as well. David

How much time do you spend practicing?

Well, I usually have a deck in my hands from the time I get home (3:30) to the time I go to bed (10:00-11:00), but my actual practice time is usually about 3-4 hours a day. On weekends, it depends on how busy I am. As for performances, I rarely go out to perform, except for new tricks I want...
