i think I have a pretty good storage system. What I do is take a shoebox, and cut the whole front off of it, so you can see the bottoms of the decks that are stacked vertically. You can fit about 3 bricks of cards, and it makes for easy access(Not only is it a space saver, but it's a money saver...
