You might want to check out De'Vo's Cradle to Grave routine. That may be what you're looking for. I couldn't say properly 'cause I'm not an XCM'er but I have seen this and it does look quite good I have to say. :) - Sean

You'll find it very easy to get rosin at music stores, it's used by string instruments (of the usual type, not guitars or pianos) to keep their bow to the strings. It may not be the rosin you're after though, so I'd do some research. - Sean
