Just be as sure as possible that they are all absolutely original. There isn't any fudging going on at all with that stuff. Depending on your product it may be worth a lot. It really depends though.

You could do a "powerpoint" type video. I have a mentalist piece that I think I'll do like that. I'll just do a preview of me performing in the video and then after they download it I'll give my email or a link with the pdf version. I'm trying to see if I can work it out so it looks good though.

That sounds cool, but again originality is the key. I would never worry about the price being too high though for mentalism or hypnosis as long as you're not using somebody elses stuff :)
