Rock on! Time to rule with an iron fist...

The way I dress allows me to do a lot with an M5 easily and with no restrictions. I just sewed the gimmick into a leather wrist band that I wear on my wrist all the time. Perfectly concealed and no one suspects anything because its a nice decorative piece of "gothy" accessories. :D

I don't understand why everyone has to be Ellusionist or Theory 11. For the love of Odin, there are hundreds of magic shops online, and tons of other resources for material. Don't get me wrong, the fact that Theory11 has such well known names behind it is fantastic. They are good magicians...

Stuff levitating is very powerful, visual magic. I usually start with the levitating rubber band, then move into a levitating pen/pencil, then I'll work into a hovercard which seques into card magic, and since you've got loops already haunted decks and other things are easily accomplished...

Use a deck of cards. Get a piece about 8 inches long, put wax on each end. Wrap it around the deck and tie one end off into a knot, wrap the other end around the knotted piece and tie another knot. The two knots work against each other and won't allow for the knots to pass through each other...

Loops are fantastic, I use them every day... especially the floating rubber band. It blows people away cause they can grab it right out of the air. My only suggestion would be learn to tie your own. You can but a ton of thread and do it yourself for way cheaper than you can buy a set of 5.

Pretty much anything can be adapted to "kids magic". Although, the best bets are things that tell a story. You can find effects in stores that you would look at and think "That's lame" but kids would love them. Appearing wands and canes, paddle tricks, hot rod, etc..

I agree... 4 effects/utilities to start with and then 1 new per week would have been the ideal model for that type of distribution.
