I would say it depends on your performance preference and surroundings. If you know you might be working where there are glass tables often, the go with descent. But if you are performing walk around, and you hope people have glass bottles, then passing through may be more suitable for you...
No it is not reusable, but they are easily attainable. You always buy them in bulk, but I'm not talking hundreds here, and the cost is affordable, allowing you to perform with either a red deck or blue deck (your preference).
The Best way to break any tension with using a special design deck is to ask for someone's hand, place the cards on their outstretched hand and just say "shuffle." If they get a chance to feel and play with the cards, them as well as any other spectator "knows" it can't be a trick deck.
