Balducci kills when done ascending and descending slowly. You have to have strong calves though as to not shake or look as if your pushing yourself. Standing calf raise on a smith machine,I recommend.

im getting more and more into using tarot cards. They have tons of different kinds at Borders. If you want cards that actually do have a power in them. I suggest getting those. Unless your gonna do tivo though
