I actually didn't really like this video. I am not a fan of De'vo either but I don't really see the point in this. Of course his work is going to look crappy if done poorly. When he does the moves they look fine. This seemed kind of pointless

I agree with everything here, I walso want to add some patter suggestions. It seems as though the phases just jump around, that they aren't really connected with each other. I think that you should either rethink your patter or create a new one that will tie everything in together

One thing I have done is saved all of the advirtising cards in decks that I have used. And then I put them bordering around in a design. People tell me it looks good so I guess I'm doing something right ;)

Just because you don't like it doesn't mean that T11 should stop producing 1-on-1's around cards. There are still many people coming to this site with absolutely no magic experience. Like-wise there are also experts that come to this site and the staff has to contend with finding subtable...

Seems like a very good idea, only thing that I have a problem with is the transition from the cards to a I-device. It doesn't seem like there is any relevence to switching between the two. I guess that I would have to see a performance before any serious judgement.

Living in wine country does have an effect on a person. ;) I agree they are just cards, as long as you take care of any of your cards there is no reason to be paying hundreds of dollars for some that may be just as good
