How much do Virts Summer deck go for?

Sorry for your loss man, but check pricing on ebay/amazon. I'm sure people are willing to buy it even if it isn't deadstock.

    Tips for a beginner

I have pretty tiny hands, so it's difficult to palm cards, but in the end these adversities will just make you an even greater magician! Potentially add your own spin on tricks etc.

Wayne Houchin Counterfeit-Best Deck To Use?

I also use only bicycle cards for this trick since it's necessary to destroy cards. However, I have tried using my worn-out Monarch deck and it was easier to crease and tear. Maybe try using worn down cards to perform? Hopefully this helps!

Beginner cardist - blister on finger after learning and practicing scissor cut?

It's probably nothing to freak out about. You were practicing this move for an hour straight! If your fingers/muscles aren't accustomed to moving and flexing a certain way, it's bound to get some sort of resistance. On the bright side, blisters turn into calluses, which will make your finger...

What do you look for in a deck of playing cards?

Love the in-depth insight on your thoughts towards custom playing cards. I completely agree that readability is important; definitely a deal-breaker for me. Intricate detail and design are great, but if it makes each card difficult to read I'm on the fence with those. Currently trying to...

What do you look for in a deck of playing cards?

Yeah that's tough, I wanna use a nicer looking deck to perform with than bicycles, but for that exact reason everyone seems to think that other decks are rigged or gimmicked. I guess letting them examine the deck prior to performing would be the most ideal way to present a nicer deck.

What do you look for in a deck of playing cards?

Ah that must be nice getting free decks haha but yeah I agree that the values and pips must be easily read. I noticed cards that are tough to read seem a little too foreign/suspicious to spectators. Thanks for the insight!

What do you look for in a deck of playing cards?

What do you guys look for in a deck of playing cards? Do you guys purchase quality cards based off of the feel/stock used, or simply because of how nice the cards look? Just curious!

Any of your favorite beautiful decks?

In my opinion, Red October Saturns are nice! I like the simple designs on playing cards and if that's your taste, definitely check 'em out.

    Science vs Art

Agreed with sk1ndeep ^^ When I think of "experiment" I first think of a mentalism trick. Don't really think of a scientific experiment in that sense.

How to stop finger muscle pain and knuckle pain in fingers

Agreed w/ the comments above ^^ But, regardless of how serious it may be, remember that you will always bounce back from it. Take Shin Lim for example. He had surgery on his hand and he's back on live TV as if nothing wrong had happened. Hope everything is well!

Brown spots on every deck i buy even though im strict on them

I've never experienced brown spots to appear on my cards before. It could possibly be the humidity or something that causes the stock on the playing cards to react in an odd way. The only reaction I get from my cards is for them to have a "clicking" sound and contour to them. Maybe try and...
