How to creat a card trick title

Think about a tangible item that inspired you to make it in the first place!

Are there any current limited cards?

I don't see any "limited" decks for sale on the website right now, but in the archive, there are a few decks that are available to purchase with points but no longer able to purchase with straight cash.

    Custom deck help

I currently go to school at Univ. of Portland. Not familiar with creating custom decks though. I have looked into creating custom decks from the USPCC, and the best way I could think of, would be to start a kickstarter and show off your design and then go to one of the websites (not familiar...

Is a close up pad worth it?

Close-up pads are so great! I bought one off of penguin magic for around $30-ish so not too pricey. I use it for table magic and even use it as a place-mat for my laptop when I'm not practicing.

Keeping focus / motivation whilst learning.

Hey! I know exactly how you feel. I started learning magic in high school and when I began college, my drive and passion for magic plummeted as I was too indulged in my studies. I found that taking little break from learning tricks and focusing on other things for a little bit made me realize...

    Thoughts on Social Media Magic?

Right, I completely agree w/ both of you. Although, I do feel like YouTube has the most potential in making anyone more well-known not just magic.

    Thoughts on Social Media Magic?

I noticed there are countless magic tricks, and cardistry flourishes on instagram specifically. Most of the time, people perform tricks such as the acme hole and tricks from Shin Lim/Patrick Kun, etc. But do you guys feel that performing "original" magic that no one has seen yet will make more...

YouTube Rant (Moderator Note: Strong Language)

The people I showed it to were just friends, and I didn't tell them what the trick was called or anything haha. They said they would "just google it" but I don't know if they actually found it or not. For some tricks, I doubt they found it because it was a trick that I purchased. Not something...

YouTube Rant (Moderator Note: Strong Language)

Yeah it's happened before, and what I mean by that it can't be helped is that I can literally google whatever they want any time I want. Google/Youtube will always be here in our generation.

    Counterfeit advice

Worn cards that I normally wouldn't use anymore, I use to practice. I also find myself practicing on receipts, and tiny napkins too just out of the blue if I'm going to discard them anyway.

    Acme Hole

Thanks for this review... I was so excited when I saw Lloyd's and Darcy Oake's instagram vids. Sick effect, but seems hard to pull off 100% of the time

YouTube Rant (Moderator Note: Strong Language)

I'm with you, I respect both sides of this argument. Personally, I don't create magic at the moment, nor do I create tutorials, but I started learning magic from youtube. Sometimes it hurts when people just search a certain magic trick that they just saw, but it can't be helped :') As long...

    Magic music

Depends what type of music you enjoy. I love using EDM and trap music that have a build up and strong bass. I noticed Chris Ramsay uses some songs like that haha and it's really enjoyable to watch with! Soundcloud for sure is great, because that's where all DJ's and aspiring musicians put their...
