I absolutely love Strat-O-Sphere. It kills. I think you might be right though... I only cleaned the outer tube and the clear tube, didn't clean the balls though, I didn't think of that.

I sprayed it with Lysol last night and let it dry overnight. I guess I'll spray it with Cologne...

I just realized that my Strat-O-Sphere smells horrible! I can't stand the smell. I washed it out and cleaned it last night and the smell still won't go away. Anybody have any ideas on how to get the smell out?

I didn't say all of their products are good. Just some of them, at least IMO. I couldn't care less for some of their material.

As far as I'm concerned, age doesn't matter. As long as you look professional and have talent, you should do fine. BTW, Thanks for the compliment.
