Yeah, XB still contains some great moves and advice, but start where you want. :) -Vince

What Flourish from the system should i start with.

In the words of Willy Wonka, "scratch that, reverse it". :D -Vince

    Carnahan Fan Production

He's not trying to learn the move, he's trying to figure out a way to do a production using the move. As for a method, I don't know any. -Vince

    Help With Sybil

It was first published in the book "Out of Control/Totally Out of Control" (yes, this is one book) by Chris Kenner. Did you watch all of disk one and disk two? There is only ONE Charlier section on there, and all of the other sections combined are WAY longer than the Charlier section. This...

    Revolution Cut

That's fine. My point was mostly directed to those that give up on the original way. :) -Vince

    Revolution Cut

I don't think it's best in this art to take the easy way out. What if you come across a move that your version doesn't work for? People will also give a little more respect to a person who does moves the way they are meant to be done. Whenever I came across a tough move, I didn't change it so...

    What should I get...

The reason I recommend Xtreme Beginnerz first is usually because it goes on a gradient. XB, being a DVD, is VERY easy to learn from, and teaches plenty of basics. After XB I almost always recommend the Encyclopedia of Playing Card Flourishes, because it's even easier to learn from now that you...

    New name for all this!

And that is my opinion. But remember, it is an opinion. This art is really what you make it, and what is true for you is true. -Vince

    Help With Sybil

I would recommend starting with easier moves, I would recommend Xtreme Beginnerz by De'vo, check out http://www.handlordz.de (located in Germany) or http://www.xtremehandz.com (located in the U.S.). These are two sites that sell Xtreme Beginnerz. But if you want help with the sybil, I can...

    Revolution Cut

I would not recommend learning it this way, the best way to go about this is to learn it the original way, it's harder to have to re-learn a move in the future. With practice you will be able to do it the original way, even if your hands are small. :) The Trilogy has a section on the Revolution...

    What should I get...

I agree. It teaches almost every move incorrectly, taught most of them without permission, and is made by a company with a terrible and unethical reputation. Brian Tudor did not make Showoff with Cards. This is a common confusion, because Brian Tudor made two videos, one called "Showoff"...

    Bikes or TH9's?

And I TOTALLY UNDERSTAND what Brad and others from E/USPCC have said. But I know how long a deck of Tally's last me, and I know how long a deck of Bikes lasts me. There is no better test than one done in the field. And trust me, I've beaten up these various decks for years, some of it in search...

    New name for all this!

Then think about this, Take a normal cake. Your average every-day cake. And compare it to the fire-breathing-robot-monkey cake, that is a huge and EXTREME difference. Now compare what is considered to be "card manipulation" with "extreme card manipulation", any significant differences? -Vince

    New name for all this!

It's not the way it's being said, I was making a point about the simple use of it. It's an old marketing technique that, in my opinion, is simply overused, I think just plain "Card Manipulation" is fine. I can't say for sure that it won't be met with similar thoughts that I described above...

How many decks do you buy in an order

You buy cards in GROSS? Wow! That's a lot of cards, how long does that usually last you? -Vince
