I have watched Martin Nash's DVD's and he covers his knock-out double lift very briefly.. I believe Jason England also teaches the lift in his video on the double lifts... However, I still think your best bet is to get the Martin Nash Trilogy(Any Second Now, Ever so Sleightly, Sleight Unseen) ...
