I think you are looking at this the wrong way. Magic is a risk regardless of breaking a watch or looking like a joke messing up on a double lift. And people will not change their view of you if you take their watch off and give it back. If anything its a lesson in disguise for the spectator on...

Thats a choice HE will have to make. You may not want to for the fear of breaking one, but doesn't mean he will feel the same.

Yea, but the point of the thread is to PROVIDE the list of tricks you perfer to perform and why you feel they are the tricks for you. Also to come off as a good magician you cant just open with a jaw dropper... you need to work the crowd up start with something small and do a better and better...

Thats the thing though, he wasnt making big movements he was making a million small ones. The body language from him was not what to do to look good at doing what hes doing.. Doooooing.

Yea, but there have been alot of cases where youtube kills the audio of the video if it breaks copyright law. I wouldn't even bother using a song unless its in the public domain for free use. mabe if he just riffles the cards as a audio recording he will be safe hehehe :D

^^ Agreed. In the U.S., copyright law only protects works that are fixed in a tangible medium of expression ( Meaning dont take a clip from a DVD and use that or you are breaking the law) Technically its not illegal to share knowlege via Youtube. Which for magic I friggn hate it. I diss...
