The double lift for sure (its the move you use the most without even realizing it)

well they are not regular all three of them have indexes that are a little bit bigger and shifted a bit toward the center (like the pics from theory11 and the brown wynns) they are all the same (red, blue(violet), and brown) hope that helps!

Just keep doing it a double lift should come naturally after a while it should be a move you don't pay attention to or if you do everyone else will too
