I wish I could go, I've never been to anything like it. My uncle loves Vegas and magic, maybe I can convince him to take me...nah...it will never happen.
I hope everyone has a good time though.
Hey man, I know you have Pressure, and I used to see you around the protected forum Do you still have access to it? I don't, it vanished. I've tried re-linking my accounts, but it's still not there. I'll probably PM Raiker, first I want to make sure they didn't just get rid of it or something.
I just finished watching Aaron Fisher's 1-ON-1 on the outjogged Herman Pass, and I loved it. He gave a lot of information on passes/shifts, that I'm going to need to write down. I'm going to continue to working on my Herman Shift.
I'm also going to buy a hard copy of "Expert at the Card Table"...
That is just complete BS from Apple. Apple is a great company, they bring us some of the greatest devices around (iPods, iPhones, and of course Macs) but that is just complete Bull Spit. (I know, dirty mouth, I need some Orbit gum)
You've got a point there, many people do refuse to take criticism, however I see a lot of negative responses backed up with no critiques at all. I do my best to take the negative criticism when I post magic videos, however I always call people out when they hate on me for no reason.

Professional: a person who earns a living in a sport or other occupation frequently engaged in by amateurs
You do not need to be good to be a professional, you just need to make money doing it.
This is one of the reasons I never post in the cardistry forum or on United Cardists. I'm afraid to add any flourishing in magic videos because I will be called a "noob."
The biggest example of this attitude is in this thread...
That would be great. I guarantee I would be able to tell the difference between Bikes and theory11 decks, but I probably couldn't between the different theory11 decks. Despite me saying that Centurions are better.
I would be able to tell the difference between Tally-Hos and Bikes, but I'm not...
Wow guys! Thanks for all the tips! If I could, I would change the name to "Four Months of the Herman Shift." Thanks for correcting me on that. I'll keep working with it. Thanks again.
I don't really know if I should take that as a compliment or an insult.
I'm kind of insulted because I didn't. I don't even know if you can do that in iMovie.
Let's not start an argument, we don't want to end up like De'Vo and Andrei, haha
I'm not sure what you're saying. Do you mean that I suddenly moved my hands quickly during the shift?
Alright, thanks for that, I appreciate it. I will buy the outjogged Herman Shift, and re-read in Expert at the Card Table. I'm known for doing sleights incorrectly when I read them in words.
Drowned and Frozen were great stunts, and even though Vertigo did have an element of danger, it wasn't a good enough one. Most people don't realize how hard it is to stand in one place for that long, thus they can't relate to it. Don't believe me? Think that all laymen were impressed by it? In...
