Don't be Afraid to Do Something for Free

Great stuff, Rick. It's great to know things like this are still happening in the world thanks to magic.

    Helicopter Pirouette/Padiddle

Looks cool! I'd suggest using your left hand more. Maybe a thumb padiddle or the Devil's Pirouette.

    Suggestions For This Flourish

I could barely see the damn flourish. From what I managed to catch, it doesn't look super original but has some nice parts to it. Maybe repost with a better video?

    Color Play - JFX

Loved the video. The most impressive part for me was the syncing of the moves with the music. Eerily precise. Great editing and production as always.

    Trying to Remove Exposure Videos

I know exactly who you mean. I reported his channel to T11 a few days ago. Revealing tricks is never cool. Hopefully this can be a learning experience for a young magician to get out of the wrong mindset.

    Flicker

I agree, link the Virts' tutorial. Flicker is a move every cardist should know, and if they don't know it well and in depth, they won't be able to utilize it well in your flourish.

    Visual Cardistry

Is there a proper source for Mockingbird? It's a sick cut, but from what I can gather, it's a matter of figuring it out on your own.

    Card controls

Overhand shuffle control. One of the only controls you'll ever need.

Saturday Night Contest - Under Control

My video is uploaded, but the link isn't working. This is only to verify it was uploaded before 7:30. I'll edit with the link ASAP. Sorry! Edit: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_NJbhpv_GwY I hope this still qualifies. Good luck to everyone and, once again, sorry for the issues!

    Identify this trick/flourish

That's an isolation type move by Franky Morales. You might be able to find it on 21 by Shin Lim, but I'd contact him directly about it.

If your purpose is to share these and get feedback, a video is necessary. We'd love to see it.

    Palming.

I've looked at the Berg palm, as I have Card Control, and it seems good but not my style. I've been doing a push-off palm I picked up from "Now You See It, Now You Don't!" by Bill Tarr. It fits the squaring action of the deck, as I almost always palm coming off of an overhand shuffle. I'd love...

    Palming.

Interesting. From what I've seen, some of the ideas do look more theoretical, but some look downright practical. The single card switch and bottom palm replacement come to mind.

    Palming.

For me, the Erdnase methods are too finnicky. Even when Jason England does it, there seems to be too much time when the hands are together. Do you know anywhere I could get the book? It's out of stock everywhere I've seen. It looks amazing though. ECT is something I still have to go through...

I'll be somewhat busy until school kicks in this next week, during which time I'll be available in staggered times. I'll be glad to let you know whenever I do, haha.
