i've been in cam sessions with several of these ppl and trust me the videos they put out are not sped up at all... they are as smooth and quick 1 on 1 as they are in the video.

thats true .. i believe that dan and dave have come across situtations before with their moves from the dvd being posted on youtube and after sending an email to the admin of the site they had that content removed.

thats right... but thats the last name that Cyril gave me so it was the only thing i had to go on... but now we know the proper name and where to find the effect

again im not looking for anyone to expose the effect here .. im trying to look for the original product and maybe even the creator... perhaps one of the bigger names in magic that are roaming this site, with resources that i could only wish for ... could find some info on this effect or creator.

i've never liked seeing the coin that falls up as a single effect .. i perfer to see it as part of a routine with a coin going back in time.... for example in some part of a coin routine you let the coin drop from one hand down to the other and procede to do something else with the coin and...

like i mentioned before .. the effect is simple enough that i can work out a way to do it my self .. but im trying to find the original effect from the creator and try to buy it rather than just rip it off completely.

Cyril told me that the effect was up for sale a while back im just trying to track it down... the effect itself is not that hard to work out really ... im just trying to do the right thing and buy the effect from the original creator.

ok so here is the deal i love an effect Cyril did on his show in Japan a while back ... the one where he has a selected card lost in the deck, has the spectator blow a kiss at the deck and a hershey's kiss appears on the back of it... then he pushes the piece of chocolate out of the card and...

i would have to agree there ... dallas is a large city and they should have a local ibm ring of some sort... which would facilitate finding someone for you to practice with... i wish i lived in a bigger city ....

besides you really cant pass judgement on a site that has been up and running for less then 11 hours.. there are many things that will come in the future ..you just have to be patient and not jump the gun ...

hopefully with time the ppl here at theory11 get a distributor in europe which will facilitate and reduce the cost of shipping .. i think that this is something that everyone that is not in the states can appreciate.

i dont see why not .. there is no rule set in stone that says "once a card guy always a card guy" the possability of them branching out to other fields of magic is possible ... but i guess only time (and the bucks) will tell if there is any truth to this matter.. oh well, just have to wait i guess.

i think that db2 ment that we have yet to see their other magic effect .. anyone that is in the "flourish" scene has witnessed their card magic through their notes and now with trillogy .. but im hoping that they ment they would be showing maybe some coin work or something of that sort.. of...
