    After bobo..

After you learn some vanishes/productions/etc just watch coin magic videos and try to find your own way to do whatever they're doing. In terms of products, Rune Klan's 3 Pieces of Silver has some great routines in it. I don't own much for coin magic, you might try PM or Emailing Eric Jones.

    Rubber Transposition

I think it's a good trick that could be made great with a few handling changes. I'm not sure what they might be, but off the top of my head-finding a way to streamline it so you can 'keep' the three out and maybe have a spectator hold it (transforming into the joker in the hands) instead of...

    What's the sleight card where...

To clarify, both are called the riffle force. I would call the one asked about in this thread a Riffle Peek Force and the other just the riffle force.

    Best close up pad?

I'd go for something the consistency of a mousepad, soft and firm. I wouldn't need a super-soft and squishy pad. Most of my card work is in the hands right now, and if I ever have a set show where I want a pad I'll be making my own. JoAnns probably be the best place near where I live to find...

    Best close up pad?

And in between the wood and felt, any padding you might prefer (craft stores have a lot of options). I don't own a closeup pad so I can't be of any more help...

    Nick Ganesh | Sandwich?

It seemed short, more like one phase and not an entire sandwich routine. If your patter draws it out more and explains things in between the actions then I guess it would make it better overall. The deck compression was done brilliantly, the back and forth jumping of the card was pretty sweet...

    Flash Burst

Another option would be flash paper. Draw a coin on the paper, light it, and you then have a coin at your fingertips. I don't have flashburst, never seen it demoed either. I agree with nIvan, sounds like a simple setup overall, one trip to radioshack or a hardware store and an hours work...

Oxy Clean Coin Routine by Eric Jones

The second video was better, but rushed. You also need to smooth out the imaginary grabbing of coins. It was a bit jerky, which may have been due to rushing. Slow it down, smooth it out. Practice can fix both problems.

Saturday Night Contest - Make a Riddle / Receive the Clue

One your master, another discovered. You'll need to check out the books for the final stand. (Cards...mastercard, discover, and library) If seeing is believing, the other side must be true. (Glass) A distant unconscious, remember me well, many believe your desires I tell. (Dreams) :) 4...

    No double for Lennart?

People say the same for some of Ricky Jay's long winded performances, but I am thoroughly entertained by him as well. Just because it's not smash and grab magic doesn't mean that some people don't appreciate the subtleties of his act.

    Poker Game

There are many methods to doing this. I don't cheat in poker or do demonstrations of actual skill (I do the occasional poker demo, but never utilizing actual moves). Erdnase is one of the better places to learn stacks, culls, and other tricks (bottoms, palms, seconds...) Expert Card...

    No double for Lennart?

His presentations are so entertaining I never noticed that he didn't use doubles. It also doesn't effect me one way or the other. All in all, worrying about a magician and which moves he utilizes should be the least of your concerns. But then again, what do I know?

Oxy Clean Coin Routine by Eric Jones

Your biggest problem is that you were watching yourself do it on the camera. The vanishes would work much better if you slowed down and followed it with your eyes. Even with the audio cut out (stupid copyright) Eric still fools because of his body language and eye movement. He looks at the...

What's the difference between the straddle and mechanic grips in general? :)

Cyril Takayama - Card Through Window

The method, while elaborate with a signed card, is attainable with research and a bit of thinking. No stooges, probably one helper, and a method (throw cards, card appears on other side). I'm not saying it'd be easy, but the camera cut out the time delay-so for all we know he talked for...

    Misdirection well applied. Learn.

Without quoting... We all agree the term itself, as it is widely used, is either incomplete or improperly coined. When referring to them as 'the same' I merely meant that magicians (who understand the concept) mean the same thing when they say either misdirection or direction. The meaning...

    Misdirection well applied. Learn.

Quoted for truth. The more you perform the more you're able to differentiate between good misdirection and bad misdirection. As for direction/misdirection, in the magic community many things are like this. Color Change//Transformation (which seems more accurate). Double lifts and Double...

    Misdirection well applied. Learn.

Zac mentioned Tommy Wonder- I also believe Henry Hay has this ideal as well. The theory is sound, if you tell someone not to do something (don't look there, look here) they'll do what you tell them not to. If you instead only tell them 'Hey look over here, this is where it's at!' they'll...

    Designing Miracles by Darwin Ortiz

I would shorten Reverhart's recommendation : This is a must read for any serious magician. If you're not interested in effect design, you should be. :) I will say that the reason most of Ortiz's examples are card effects is because he is interested in cards. I've heard him speak on the...

    Card Storage

I own (don't currently use) the case Reverhart is talking about, it could hold close to 100 decks. If you're just needing storage you could also get a clear plastic tub from wal-mart, try to find one that isn't that deep but has a good length/width, it'd be cheaper and could hold a lot of...
