If you're looking for thickness including the box, try sentinels. The actual cards are just a bit thinner then the other t11 custom decks (excluding the stingers, i think), but the box is 40% thicker, so it's possible. Personally, it shouldn't matter unless you're being very precise regarding...

For 11 bucks, there damn well better be a way to make them fan. Let me guess, 2-3 fanning powder sessions as you break them in? If so, they don't last 10 months, those make cards clump up fast from the 2-3 times I've tried it.

Something along the lines of altering the backs of Bicycle decks? Somebody told me that USPCC learned that it alters the backs of the cards so it's not made anymore. I've seen some people make their own gimmicks, however, I'm not sure if the instructions to making one comes on the DVD.
