I'm really disappointed that it's been over a week since I sent these out, and to no avail. Not one review has been posted. If you could manage to do so, I would greatly appreciate it.

I just wanted to know, out of Spin by Matt Sconce and Infinity Bend by Eric Ross, which one do you guys think has more applications, is more real world friendly, and is better overall? Practicality would be a nice touch too, but overall just the level of awesome. I want to get away from cards...
Draven and Keo: Thanks. You two have had the most helpful comments. And Keo, I'm actually helping out a friend with her project. The cards are going to be just one part of them. For mine, I did a Lego diorama that turned out well. And I agree, great book. So great.

In no way am I trying to do this. I'm trying to figure out what exactly I should try so I don't burn myself. Sorry if I came across as such. And last time I checked, advice was good.

Yeah, I'm familiar with Burn, though I don't own it.
However, I'm just looking for general tips for burning cards, e.g., how quickly they burn, which cards/finishes will go up faster, etc. Thanks for the reference though.

We're currently doing Fahrenheit 451 projects in my English class, and I'm helping out a friend. I was hoping to take some old, unused cards and partially burn them, to then be arranged in a sort of collage/display on a poster. If anyone has any tips on this, for whatever...
It is, but the winner's not usually announced till a while past, ranging in a timespan of anywhere from 15 minutes to 4 hours. Hopefully it'll be the former.

Scarecrow1 and magyk11: Wow, I had no idea there was that huge of a flash until now. Thanks for pointing that out guys. I'm definitely taking that down. A good point of how you can look at just the big picture but not the finer details.
