    Brown Wynns cancelled?

So what you're saying is, you're pretty much just pulling it out from where the sun don't shine.

    Double stick tape

Yeah, absolutely. It's very hard to create something completely new that's never ever been seen before. Almost all the work today is based on something previous, and even if not, it's likely to have been influenced by something else. As long as you have obtained the right to use the method, and...

    Recommendations?

Hahahahahahahahahaha. On a serious note... 52 Memories by Jack Parker is a wonderful book filled with lots of incredible card magic that will keep you going for a LONG time. It's a well written and well presented book, that's really one of my favourites. If you're looking for a challenge...

    Torn and Restored Suggestions

I hoenstly think you're pushing it a bit with your criteria, I hope you're not expecting perfect marks in both categories. Probably the most angle-friendly T&R I've seen is Rehab. Reformation is brilliant too though, I love it, and the book is just plain brilliant.

    True Review

It kinda depends on the presentation, though. I could see someone mentioning it if their presentation depended on influencing their spectators psychologically.

*Shrug* Alright, that's fair enough. No complaints here.

Waiting for the Jerry's Nugget cards to arrive...

Hey Lee, please don't feel like I'm attacking you or anything, but I'd be interested in seeing what your answer would be to a post I made a little while ago in the other Nuggets thread: "On a serious note: Lee, I really don't understand why you can't give us an estimate about prices, though. I...

    Media Section Questions

Ok, in simple terms: 1. It takes between a few hours up to several weeks, depending on how busy the team is. If they've got a lot on, they'll take longer. 2. No.

Totally Out of Control DVD - what happened?

    There's been no news. Patience.

    Which book do you recommend?

Tarbell's Complete Course in Magic was recommended - a series of books. I was looking through them two nights ago, actually..

Good flourishes / tricks for a battle?

Good magic doesn't equal good material for battles, unfortunately. What does best in battles is the hardest, more difficult things you can find - even if you can't perform them well, they'll get high marks -.-

    The Invisible Aces

Exactly what everyone else has said. Too quick, lots of unmotivated and unstreamlined actions, and generally very fiddly, you need to get more comfortable with cards and practice more.

    Random Tricks

Do you mean Invisible Palm by any chance (which uses four Aces)? I don't think I remember Invisible Aces.

    New Here

I personally think you're buying far too advanced flourishing material. Not to say that you won't be able to learn it, but it'll probably take you a few months extra now, than it would if you learnt the stuff a year later. I also think you're just buying too many products in general, which is a...

    Some Footage of my Clipshift

Some of the more unnatural looking Clipshifts I've seen performed. Not bad for a month.

    Tricks and Flourishes for Beginners

The only problem I have with beginners and DVDs: go to YouTube, search Tivo. Look at all the 2000 videos. You know the difference between them? Nothing. They're all the same. Which is what happens when you mass produce DVDs for beginners.

    True Review

I don't mind the wrong cards, in my routine they're a strength in themselves. I just plain don't like it, comparatively, it's just unavoidably **** >.>

Any skill tips on the following:

Both moves are things which you should expect to spend upwards of a month at least on, so keep practicing. Sometimes, it just takes a certain amount of blinding fiddling in the dark to get some moves. There aren't really any magical secrets that'll suddenly make the flourishes accessible to you...
