    Paper Engine Aaron Fisher

jake's right, it is difficult, it will take practice, and it's very tempting to skip sleights/tricks etc., and it's very technical as well, but all in all it's just brilliant.

    After RRCM

Medifro, you have a very good point, which is well taken. I would add though, the main reason I posted that, was because he claimed to have perfected it in the first place. You're absolutely right, and the premise of my post was wrong, I agree - though I responded more to the claim than...

    After RRCM

A month or two? Someone who's worked through RRTCM, please tell me, how long did it take you to master everything? The average response I hear is something around a year, so forgive me if I sound a little skeptical that you've perfected it all in a month or two.

    Church Camp

Alright, some opinions I've gathered... ONE is one of two products which will give you a large collection of strong effects. THREE is definitely for more advanced magicians; it'll help you create your own magic and give you lots of sleights for interesting things, but it won't spoon feed you...

    Encyclopedia of Playing Card Flourishes

Encyclopedia. You'll get far more out of it than from Andrei. When you're ready to learn from Andrei - then, you'll do far better things with his material than what you will be able to now.

    Clipshift noise and hands

I know people who have spent longer. The problem is that for many young magicians, the Clipshift will be the first truly hard move they've come across. There's no magic secret that will stop it making noise or looking bad. Especially since you're young, you'll need to practice more than most...

    A deck of cards...

It's harder than you might think for a lot of people. It's easy to tell someone to be themselves. How do you be yourself? The most common answer is "Act naturally". That's like saying I have an apple in my hand because the object is red.

    Cardistry Tourn?

If you really want to join a cardistry tournament, join the Handlordz ones. But be warned, if you're the average flourisher, you will get nailed.

    The Advocate by Daniel Madison

If you work gigs, it does take up an entire pocket space (you can put other things in the pocket... but I wouldn't recommend it, space in the pocket will be good), and is a little difficult to completely reset quickly (without leaving the performance space). Those are two downsides.

Mark Wilson's - Complete Course in Magic

There's not much detail that needs to be added here really, except my support - it's a great and comprehensive book.
