Because the system is not ready for it yet. Instead of complaining why don't you focus on making sure your videos are the best, well edited, well credited, and up to theory11 artist quality? Anything new, is bound to have bugs no matter how much testing you put into it.

I'm pretty sure those first five that you see by the T11 artists are just seeds to get the thing going, and provide examples of what T11 expects from submissions. I'm sure they'll change once more, and more material is uploaded. You're right. I do see a lot of threads spamming the forums...

I'm pretty sure that unless a NDA is signed that information is considered public to anyone smart enough to know how to do the right kind of digging. If the company's reputation is strong enough, then people will still sign with them regardless of the price they ask, soul, arm, leg, or...

Why not? If we are going to open up the flood gates for people to self publish for profit, then I think they should be given the information about what else is out there in case they get itchy about not getting a good deal.

That's a good point Prace. Having already experienced producing your own effects before in the past I imagine you probably have a better idea than most of us on the way things are run on the back end. Your question is also a good one as well. Something I hope gets answered soon!
