Healed and Sealed 2.0 vs. The Original?

2.0 is a DVD and has some updated ideas and handlings. Same effects, just taught more in depth and more gimmick and handling options are given. Good buy. Great effect. Happy Magic

Quantum Bender 2.0 vs SL Coin Bend

Quantum Bender. Best gimmick I ever invested in.

    Confusion with rrtcm

Don't give up on the book just because you don't get one thing immediately. RRTCM is a great book and very well-written. Some things are going to take practice though. Overhand shuffle control... You're just cycling the top card to the bottom and back to the top with an overhand shuffle...

What's the best DVD on The Balducci Levitation?

This one teaches the Balducii Levitation very well. From what I remember it even has some footage of Paul Harris performing and teaching it, taken from one of his older videos.

    Who Created Thread To Stomach?

According to Sam Dalal the effect has been around for a long time and cannot be traced back to any single creator inventing the effect or the method. The effect is titled "The Brahmo Thread Mystery" and is printed in the book Swami Mantra (page 99). Hope that helps.

    Has this Existed before?

Mother of All Book Tests by Ted Karmilovitch Spectator holds the book and turns to any page and thinks of any word. Then closes the book. It's that clean.

Filter's "No Love" video feat. T11's Guardians

Glad you guys liked it. If you haven't heard much of Filter before here's just a few of their signature songs: Hey Man, Nice Shot Take a Picture Can't You Trip Like I Do They're one of my favorite bands. Haha! Yeah, the girls are nice too. :)

Filter's "No Love" video feat. T11's Guardians

New video from one of my favorite bands featuring T11's Guardians pretty prominently. Cool song, cool cards. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9eXcEsHGqdk&feature=related

David Blaine, Think Of A Card.

Yes, that sounds like the issue. Check out this popular performance by David Blaine as to get a good idea of what the timing should look like.

    FREE Cold Reading Resource

Very cool of you to put that together, Craig. Just so you know, there is a grammar error in the title of the book you may want to amend. It is listed as "Learning to Cold Reading." I also noticed you left out one of the very best cold reading sources available in your suggested reading...

    All Around Magician?

I really disagree with you here, Casey. I think you may have misinterpreted Sankey's advice as well. The reason Sankey is suggesting one to specialize in a performance field on their business card is for a very good business reason--potential clients want to feel like they're hiring a specialist...

David Blaine, Think Of A Card.

Check out Peter Cassford's DVD Miracles With a Short Card. He teaches the Visual Riffle Force as well as some really cool routines you can use with it. The best is having a spectator select a card and return it and then having another spectator read the other's mind. Very strong for both. I...

Freedom Pack by Justin Miller Review

ACR seems to work just fine for David Blaine, Cyril, Jay Sankey, Greg Wilson, Daniel Garcia, etc. I've never had a layman tell me they've seen it before whenever I've done it.

    DRESSCODE by Calen Morelli REVIEW

Is it possible to do Dresscode using a shirt that actually fits? The performances I've seen, especially Dunamo's on the main page, are all done with pretty baggy shirts. The whole looking-like-a-little-kid-in-his-father's-shirt thing isn't really my style. Any feedback on this issue would be...

    Best Wedding Effect Ever

Check out Garrett Thomas's handling of Anniversary Waltz. It is far and away the best version of the effect I have ever seen both in handling and presentation. Garrett turns it into a whole routine really. It's beautiful. That's the only way I perform it. Also, Twilight Angels by Paul Harris...

Effects You Can't Wait to Show Off

Richard Osterlind's Watch Routine with a borrowed watch. I've done it a few times with my own watch, but I want to get comfortable with it enough that I feel confident to perform the effect with a borrowed watch. Such a killer effect.

    Classic Force - performance

I don't think kids aren't the best test subjects for really evaluating your classic force as they're usually pretty easy to force cards on. Get a few performances for adults and string them together (both hits and misses) if you really want some constructive feedback. I just don't think there's...
