    Half price blue Bicycle Masters

Blue Masters cost about four bucks, right? So half off would bring it to about two bucks. Why do I bring this seemingly obvious point up? Because of this little bit, and I quote: "Your tools are critical. You wouldn't build a house with a $2 hammer." I guess they missed that one...

    Need Help

I highly recommend Long Gone Silver. It's pretty much the same as Threefry in the 1-on-1 section.

    Cringe: Performance

Except in my opinion, things like spelling matter. It's about professionalism. It shows that one cares. When something is misspelled, it takes away from the overall effect because it comes off as not thought out. So don't think that I'm trying to say that the magic is less good just...

The Himber Vanish. Very clean looking in my opinion.

    Cringe: Performance

Actually, while I'm still on the subject of grammar, why don't I go over "your" and "you're." "You're" is a contraction of the words "you" and "are," while "your" is the possessive form of "you." Sorry, it just pisses me off that so many people make those mistakes when they're easy things to...

    Cringe: Performance

My advice would be for you to spend more time around magicians, and magic in general. Watch a lot of good magic. The keyword there is good. Also, pay attention in English. For the record, "there" refers to location, whereas "their" refers to possession. Also, one would use "than" in a...

T11 Round Table Discussion - Wayne Houchin

    1. I was reading AoA vol.3 and Paul Harris talks about his process of creation in several stages, setting goals, listing knowns, listing unknowns, and connecting a line of thought. He also describes the magical place he goes to make new effects. In a video in the media section, Lee Asher...

Very nice. In a word, "eloquent."

    Centurions or Guardians?

I really like the Centurions design better. Handling-wise, they're pretty similar. Guardians are cool but the Centurions are just plain bad ass.

Problem performing the TG deck flip

Start with the deck in the box. Next, make sure your finger positions are all correct. I practice by keeping the back of my hand flat on a horizontal surface. It makes the fingers do the work.

    Tenkai Pennies Move

Yup, the Deep. I didn't want to give anything away... It's a tough routine, especially since you have to hold a Malini Subtlety while doing the move...

    Just venting...

Well, I live in New Orleans where the air is perpetually saturated with water. If I go outside with cards in the summer, they congeal like clarified butter.

    Tenkai Pennies Move

Say, I'm having some trouble with that tenkai pennies move where you seem to show the pennies in both hands. Specifically, the problem is with routines where I need to do the move with multiple coins. Any tips would be great. EDIT: Thanks.

    What to get?

AoA, all the way. But that's just me. For me it's more valuable because it's like a catalyst for my own ideas.

Though for those of us who got a look, it was damn nice. I really liked their book section. I'm gonna start working on a new library whenever it opens up.

    Ethical question

I will say this. I have a magic buddy who just knows my tricks and I perform on him all the time so he can critique me. He doesn't really do magic, but he's sort of my confidant. I'll explain a trick after I do it to him and he'll keep it to himself. and practicing tool for me. I also...
