    Black Tiger or Shadow Master?

Neither. Black decks are for personal show and style. There are also a hell of a lot of other options you failed to give. I personally like Ghosts or Arcanes. Unless you have a character, theme, ryme and reason to why you are using a custom deck, then it's better to aoid it. it draws more...

    Magician vs Master Hypnotist

Hypnotist. Waaaaaay to many magicians running around these days. Granted I would have prefered option 3: None of the Above.

    Saturday Night Contest

Most of the time quality of video is trumped by originality of effect, and grace of handeling. So it's not like you need a full production studio behind you to participate. If you did that would be fricking sweet, but it's not really needed. Most of the time a simple webcam is all you need...

    Performance for Highschool Kids tomorrow.

I guess it just really a personal matter. I perfrom a version of thread, and it's my closer. I've gotten great results with it. However if your line up does better with it as an opener then go for it! There really isn't a "one size fits all" answer to this.

    Performance for Highschool Kids tomorrow.

You want something FAST and VISUAL for your opener. High School kids aren't going to cut you a lot of slack, and they have the attention span of a ADD Squirell cracked out on pixy sticks and red bull. If you can't win their respect quickly, you're going to get heckled through the entire show...

    Cleanliness vs. Impact

I really think it's a pretty fair and common trade off. The performer of course needs to choose for themself which to use, but I think it's a fairly common thing. In the end, go with what ever method suits the act the best while still providing an entertaining piece of magic to those watching.

The Fastest Way To Learn v.2.0

dispite the horrible presentation in the other thread of simular title, i believe there is a valid point of conversation to be had here. What is your prefered method of studying and practicing your magic? Motzart would be woken up in the middle of the night to have music theory drilled into...

    Recommendations

Well to be frank this is like walking into a library and saying: "I'm bored, I need a book." There's a crap load of information out there to process, and some of it won't be applicable to your situation. I'm going to second an earlier post. Without knowing your skill level or devotion, I...

    Fastest Way to Learn

I'm sure it's been said before but Hands On Experience. The best way to learn is to do. You'll make a mistake, and you'll see the results of that mistake quite quickly. Just perform. By the by, a color change isn't the fastest way to learn anything. It's not even related. A color change...

    Fastest Way to Learn

I`m really starting to not like the condecending attitude that you take with people on this forum Sir Fansalot. I don`t think it is necessary. Your growing open adgetation with out provocation I`m sure isn`t going to help you win anyone over anytime soon. you try so hard to hold these deep...
