I think watching someone elses presentation and patter and whatnot will give you something to start with when you learn a trick. you can do it like they do at first, then you might change it to suit ur own style.

When u get into position for the spin, you could use the pinky of the right hand to push the middle packet up a bit so your ring finger can reach. thats how i do it.

they work years on their material. its not like"oh i thought of a trick! i think ill sell it!" although some magicians do that, most work years on perfecting the trick and then they sell it. to answer your other question, i get no inspiration.

dont think i havent performed before, cuz i have. thats part of the reason i feel like crap. when i sucked at magic, thats when i performed, now that im somewhat good, im scared. how ironic.

Yea i know, but i have nn one to perform to and even if i do sometimes im scared. And i dont even know if i should perform cause my routine sucks.

I'm sad. I know tricks and I practice them but i cant think of a good routine and they dont go together well. And im scared to perform and all I do is practice and now I'm sad.
