There's no completely "accurate" card counting system. The cards won't come in a specific order if you're counting... I prefer the K-O system because there's a very low chance of making errors. There is no need for true count conversion so that would save you time and effort. Just read up on...

There would be no point to counting down a deck in 10 seconds as no dealer will every deal out even close to as fast as that. You need to be able to count down twice as fast as the dealers deal. Consider a dealer who deals to cards each to a 7 player table in 15 seconds (which is quite fast)...
