I agree about the ums and uhs. I heard the audience laughing a lot, and thought the clip was very good. I would add some clips of the audience laughing and having fun. That would be my only thought.

Heh, your local magic shop should be the best source for you. Go back there and they should be able to give you some tips, or at the very least guidance to some good material. (I've never used a flipper, so I'm of no help. I'm sure someone might have some resources)

Are you getting at what makes it artistic versus entertaining? I can see your point, and I would tend to agree. What kind of acts do you know that do a good job of pointing to a greater truth?
