3 most deceptive controls

I think I have the classic pass down pretty good now and was looking into at least 2 more good controls to add to my repetoire...

if i were you i wouldn't use the classic pass it requires a little misdirection instead use a herman pass it is great they can stare at you all day and they won't catch it but that is just my opinion, speaking of the herman pass check out the outjogged herman shift one of my favorite moves.
if you want other moves i suggest finding a in the hands shuffle card control i use this a lot

Well, deceptive can be defined as deceptive in the eyes of laymen or magicians. Personally, I use a simple double undercut and a quick false shuffle and im good to go; A turnover pass looks just as natural. If im trying a fool a magician however, thats a totally different story.

Try the Ego Slip, Cacsade Control, Overhand Shuffle Control,and the Marlo Tilt. Preferably, the Overhand Shuffle control. It might be very basic, but it is definitely the most convincing to a Laymen. Remember your basics.

The Invisible Pass in awesome. Very deceptive if you have it down. Also spread culling is one of my favorite ways to control a card.

There is no such thing as the "invisible pass", however, with enough practice, it can become unnoticeable.

I forgot to mention that the Spread Pass is an amazing pass and control.

The three I use most are Lee Asher's Pulp Friction, The Herman Pass, and then either a simple cull or the top change. I know the top change is more of a switch, but I use it as a control.

You make a good point. A good top change can be one of the best controls possible. It is also just a useful sleight in general.

No, there are invisible passes. Spectator burns the deck, and its done. Its one of the most visual color changes in magic, no cover at all, pure camera trick.

Ken Krenzel has a tape on it, which looks like trick photography. Richard Kaufman's pass is amazing, and many others like Ed Marlo, late Derek Dingle and even Luke Jermay.

On controls: Its all depending on what you want and the trick itself. You want them to think the card is lost in the shuffled deck? Do a shuffle like overhand or Hindu. Want them to think card is in middle? Do a Tilt, side steal, bluff pass, pass .. etc

Personally, I use the pass, a move by Slydini called Slide Out, and Tilt. I use alot of side steals here and there as well.
