Hy,
I made (invented) a cool trick.Very easy, very impressive, you can make lot of endings for the trick.
I tested it with my classmates and they liked it.I got very good reactions. They said it's eye catching. :D
So I would like to sell this trick but how can I sell it?
Unfortunately I don't have a video recorder device so I can't make a video of the trick. :(
So, If you can please help me.

First off, you need to find a way to show us the trick. Take multiple pictures and make a little stop-motion thing, or atleast describe it. And you'd need to research it to make sure it's original..

I would try to at least post a decription. Do some research on the effect before you claim it as original. You never know if it might be similar.

Finally try finding an IBM or SAM ring in your area. I'm joining one soon and hear it is a great way to learn from guys who have been doing magic for years.

First continue performing it for at least a year. This will make sure the initial kinks are worked out before you try to sell something that's not really viable.

Second, you need to research a lot. Not to bash, but it's very unlikely that you've created something completely original. Try messaging some of the bigger names on these boards, they'll probably be able to tell you if they've heard of it before.

Third, I wouldn't expect many companies to take you seriously without some real world video footage.

And fourth, why does everything have to be sold these days? Do you do magic just to get money or hope to get money from it? I don't get why so many kids want to sell their supposed "original material" when they don't know if it is in fact original. I think it's because they want fame or a quick buck. Like Christopher said, work on it for a while. I've kept my color change away from magicians for about 8 months to work it out and to find the best method. To my knowledge I've seen no one do this, but of course I need to do my research on it. And the worst thing that could happen is that you find out it isnt original. But you could think on the brighter side that you were on the same level as the magician who came up with it, which isnt bad at all.

Just my addition.

As mentioned by everyone else, you need to at least send a description to someone with some knowledge like JB, Raiker, Dan White, William Draven, Craig Browning, myself, Shane Black, JM, Josh Jay, Brad Henderson, any of the artists here, and there are a few others I am forgetting. Some of us have been around for awhile and have seen or know of a lot of effects that may be the same as what you have. A video submission would be even better. Just food for thought.

I made a little research for the trick but I didn't find any similar idea.So please tell me if it's not original.
The trick: the magician takes a deck and give to the spectator to shuffle it and gives a prediction. Then the spectator chooses a card but doesn't look at it.He/she takes this card to the top of the deck and behind his/her back takes an "X" to the card and then shuffles it.
then the magician spreads the deck and look at the card with the "X" and then they watch the performers prediction. And the prediction and the card is the same.
Thats it.
(I hope it's original )

I do not believe it is new because Max Maven's Prism Hardcover book has almost the exact same effect you described. I performed it two months ago at our IBM meeting. It is a strong mentalism type effect. If I remember to look tonight I'll tell you the name of the effect from the The Prism.

Also sounds similar to the Open Prediction plot.

You may have a new method, but not a new effect.

This is "X Marks the Spot" from Corinda's 13 Steps to Mentalism, page 122.
