Download Disappointment =(

Idk if i'm entitled to view these download videos or not, buuuuuut

I was given 2 1-on-1 downloads because of a glitch in the shipping or what ever. I can't download them because they "expired", but i wasn't at my home computer and i was on a poor dial-up connection when i got the email =(

-sigh- maybe someone can tell me how i can download them??? or tell me i'm doomed to forking over 5 bucks for the video lol =P


Also, they didn't come with an order ID or whatever its called (probly because i didn't order them >.< lol)

You should submit a support ticket, and the support guys will lend you a hand.

If already submitted a support ticket, due to the prior shipping "glitch," then all you have to do is login into your account and respond to the previously submitted ticket. The support guys will stick with you until the downloading issue is resolved.
