Flaming Fingers.

Hello everyone.
So, a while ago, as I was messing around the internet, watching videos, I saw this one:

I find it interesting, and some of the tricks are really cool, so maybe in a couple of months I may consider buying it.
But what i want to know now (and I wouldn't like to buy a whole DVD just for one technique) is how the guy holds this little flame on his fingers.I remember that I had seen something similar by David Blaine, in one compilation video of his, where he produced flames on two of his fingers to light up the cigarrettes of two girls in a bar (hopefully some of you have seen it).
So, could anyone point me to the right direction for this?Or where should I search? I would appreciate any help.

In the clip of Blaine (from the Vertigo special) he doesn't produce the flame. He dips his fingers into a candle he's holding and his fingertips catch fire as he lights two girls' cigarettes.

It's not really a magic effect though, sense stuntmen in movies do it all the time. Only they're entire body is usually on fire.
