Haunted Deck

Simple Question: In the haunted deck routine, how can I prevent the "prop" from sliding off my hand? And how can I clean up without looking foolish?

I would assume the basic method using L**** right?

Yes, the very basic one that most people learnfirst, using l****. I cant get it to stay on my hand with the biddle grip. It kinda just slides/rolls off my hand.
