Hey, can someone explain to me how to edit a video on computer so i can ubmit videos on theory11! Ummm, i just want to cut out some parts of the video and add in back ground music to my video.

You need an editing program on your computer. It kinda depends on your computer and budget. For you, it sounds like Windows Movie Maker, which is free on Vista, would do the trick - very simple, basic, and easy to use.
