I tryed to buy some golden nuggets and the Lethal flourishing DVD from someone privately through paypal and haven't received it in over a month. I know he is obviously trying to scam me. I have filed a dispute on paypal, but is that all I can do? Do you guys have any advice?

All you need to do is file the complaint through paypal and they will get you your money back. Has happenned to me and it takes a while but you should get it back.

You will get your money back but only if they seller has funds in their PayPal account. PayPal cannot legally withdraw from the seller's bank account or charge their credit card without approval.
