If You Could Ask a Card/Casino Cheat a Question...

Katie: I'm hoping you started this thread so that you can have an actual cheat talk to us in the forums. That would be crazy awesome.

My question: Does a solid knowledge of cheating techniques make you feel invincible or hyper-aware? In other words, does it make you feel no fear, or even more fear than before?

First of all let me say that cheating in anything, even a friendly car game, is not right. It rips people off. Therefor, there is only 1 EX-card cheat that I would ever ask a question to and that would bve none other than our own Daniel Madison. My question would be this:

"What made you want to cheat? Do you cheat anymore? What would you tell a kid practicing to be a card cheat?"

Daniel if you see this, please answer these questions if you like.

1) Where do/did you learn your skills from?

2) How do you feel about people who know nothing about you judging you purely based on what you do, not taking into consideration that there would be no cheat without a petty, naive gambler?

3) Wanna teach me some moves? :)

If he or she was right in front of me, I only have one question to ask that person.

Would you show me something?

If not, do you ever regret being a card cheat?

#1: Did card/casino cheating open doors to other illegal activities OR did other illegal activities lead to your interest in gambling cheats?

#2: How did you craft your perception of the house/other players? Ie. do you picture them as "the enemy", or as "marks to be taught a lesson", etc.

#3: Knowing that your financial and physical well being might be dependent upon your ability to perform a sleight increase or decrease your focus?

#4: Has Don Rickles ever dragged you into the back of the Tangiers and smashed your hands with a hammer like in the movie Casino?

PS Katie - Did you hit ComicCon this week? If so, how was it?

Do you feel that your relationship with cards and cheating was formed to escape from feeling tied down or restricted in life? What caused you to build a passion for it?

Peace
